Ripoff we paid till 01.01.2006 as soon as my Finance files a bancrupcy they put it in collections saying we have not paid since Oct Its in the Trusties office and now in collections?

We were current on our mortgage payment at the time of a bankrupcy. So that ASC can make 900.00 extra dollars off of us they put the file in collections a few days after the file is in the trusties office awaiting final word from the companies involved. ASC was not at the creditors meeting, by all rights they LOOSE. But they say that we have not paid and throw the file into collections so they can gain ground and call a forclosure??? This is very wrong and we do not owe 900.00 in back payment and we were current the day of the bankrupcy which was 12.20.2005... Ya SNOOZE YA LOOSE should be true here...
