USBI - Ridley Telephone Company
USBI Ridley Telephone Company fraudulently billed us without our consent

I changed my plan with Verizon the other day and found out that USBI is not something that was associated with them. The C.S. Person that I talked to told me to call USBI. I did e-mail USBI at the address that was on my phone bill and after a few choice emails, I got the number 1-800-876-3511.

So I called that today and their customer service person told me that I had been credited for this month. I said this month, h-e-double ell, I want to be credited for the past 2 years! So then she went on to tell me that I would have to talk to a supervisor, that was on the phone with another customer (I'm sure irate as well) and he was supposed to call me back within 20 minutes, (I had a lunch date) or tomorrow when he got in... Well, the jerk called back and left a message that he was returning my call - I could reach him at 888-503-5377- his name is John.

I swear to God, if I don't get credit for this, I am going to throw the biggest fit. I've already downloaded the form for A.G. Lisa Madigan, and I work part time, so I have plenty of time to be a huge pain in the butt. USBI told me that the person that ordered the service was my son - I told her that HE DID NOT PAY THE BILL AND IT WAS NOT LEGAL TO ADD THIS STUFF WITHOUT CONSENT. So, I think that somehow a site that my kid was cruising got the info from something that he filled out, and then used his name to claim that he asked for the service. I will let you know what I find out after I talk to this John guy.
