Ripoff USBI phone bill charges

I was charged by USBI for call to UK I never did (phone 441277770141). When I contacted with USBI (it was not easy) that told me that it was some internet connection and recommended to check my history to find what
specifically was done. USBI provided no information about service I got from onecall and didn't agree to remove this charge from my bill.
It looks like this is general problem with USBI.
