Very poor service department

Very poor service department. Dropped off my boat with a list of relatively minor repairs that were needed (replace fuel sender unit, jack plate solenoids, stereo speakers and chase a wiring short in the trim tabs etc...). They did a nice job installing a service port and replacing the fuel sender, but failed to properly repair the jack plate and trim tabs. When I spoke with the service manager about the problem he, acted as if he didn't believe me. When I asked for the $238 in labor charges for the incomplete repairs he said the best he could do was offer a reduction in future repairs. I don't know who owns this business, but would advise them to get more involved ASAP.
