I am British and when I first moved to Pensacola I tried half a dozen hairdressers with no joy. I tried the most expensive, the ones in the big department stores etc and one day decided to pop into my local Fantastic Sam. For what you pay I was not expecting too much but I was fed up with the whole saga. That was 4 years ago and Kirsty has been my hairdresser for the whole time. We have had fun with colors and when they did not work out she made it right at no cost. I have had numerous compliments on the cut and color and I would not try anyone else. To all those people who complain i would say dont damn the entire organization because of one bad apple. The prices are amazingly reasonable so go and watch what the other staff are doing or just plain ask the question "who is the most busy?" Kirsty is busy all day every day - and is very knowledgeable about products etc. Just find your local Kirsty and you will be happy.
