Very unefficient customer service

I've never experienced therefore irritate coping with any customer support before. Coping with Micro middle is. I created an internet purchase to buy 2 models employed my citi digital charge card. I've been approached three times simply because they cannot confirm my payment address with citi. Each time, I've informed them-it is just a digital charge card, you'll have to note it whenever you contact the credit card business. Following the 3rd phone, I stated I'll contact my lender to determine exactly what the problem is. I spoke to my lender and that I was informed so long as they inform the financial institution customer support people it's a card, and supply the payment address, customer support will have the ability to inform if it's appropriate or not. I called micro center-right back and providing them with these details. Then I've never seen back. After greater than a week, I had been thinking what's happening, and so I approached them again. Nothing has been completed since that time. This really is over fifty percent per month since I have put the purchase. I'm really disappointed with their support.
