I requested a product deliver to my child in another condition. She delivered them. We've been 4 weeks looking to get the cash back. She calls customer support plus they inform her they've acknowledged my charge card for that quantity. I contact QVC customer support plus they inform me the total amount continues to be acknowledged to my charge card and that I must contact them. I contact the charge card organization plus they inform me they've NOT been acknowledged. I've to contact QVC back plus they inform me first they delivered a check to my child after which that her consideration includes a credit. I demand they possibly deliver a check or credit my card as she does not purchase something from their website. They guarantee me they'll however they assured me per month before they might credit my bill. I'm finished together. I simply wish to take a seat and cry today.
