Bad Pillows - Bad policy

I bought a beautiful set of couches and a chair from Homey Design. Within the first week of having this set the decorative pillows started to fall apart. The tassels are falling off. The sewing was clearly done poorly. The threading is coming out. The pillows were clearly not sewn correctly and the threading was not secured.in some parts the threading was burned to secure it, but that didn’t work. These pillows are never used not to mention it started within the first week.

I took them back to the furniture store I bought them from to have them replaced. After being ignored for almost two months I was told by the furniture store that Homey Design said they discontinued the pillows I have and even if they didn’t Homey Design would not replace them. This same furniture store had another customer with similar problems from Homey Design, but for that person it was the main pillows. A threading issue again. Nope their pillows were not replaced either. When I went on Home Design website, I read their poor policy. You have 7 days to return and it HAS to be in Homey Design packaging, NO exceptions. First, I got it from a middle man Furniture Store. It was delivered without packaging. Second, I did do it within 7 days. They have poor policies that only benefit them and do not help the customer.

I will NOT buy again from this company. I will NOT allow anybody I know to buy from this company, and I strongly suggest all furniture stores to discontinue selling Homey Design Furniture until Homey Design changes their policy to allow the customer to return defective products that need to SIMPLY be replaced.
