Horrible online customer service

I bought 3 pairs of shoes online. The quality was very low. It took me 2 weeks of phone calls to reach customer service and get a return address. After my return package was delivered for 3 weeks, I had not gotten my refund. I called customers service again, the lady told me that I should receive my refund shortly. Another week passed by, no refund. I am trying to call again.
Each time it took me half an hour to wait on the phone for customer service, and they don't even know what was going on. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
