The company had no problem taking your money, but wouldn't back up their policies

We'd arranged a visit for April 19 in Riviera Maya Mexico. My partner and that I had a need to stop the visit. We examined the businesses site due to their conditions and terms. The plan mentioned that should you offered them 48-hours notice, you'd obtain a 100% reimbursement. They requested to find out more regarding the termination. Whenever we informed them it had been a medical cause, they requested for medical info from the physician to become sent for them. None of those conditions were mentioned on the site. The organization had not a problem getting your cash, but would not back-up their guidelines. It's really annoying whenever a business does not recognize the things they have written down.
