External withdrawal from my checking account for medical insurance

On October 7 Discount Medical Servies withdrew $399 from my bank account, cash that we did not have in my own account creating an facility and lender charges. I named the organization and talked to some really rude lady who'd not provide me her title. I discussed that I needed my money-back and he or she mentioned it'd be redeposited within 7-10 days. While it was not transferred I called back. She explained to not contact again. I eventually informed her easily did not obtain it I'd visit the regulators. I obtained a "Welcome" notice in the organization requesting me to contact to obtained an initial package. I called requesting that it's terminated and my money delivered. I informed her I'd place this written down. I shipped the notice normal email and licensed return-receipt on November 7. Easily have not noticed from the end-of this week I'll contact my lender.
