Never Again - baby clothes

I got a deal where I received free shipping on my first purchase. I made a purchase which was immediately charged to my credit card and was e-mailed an invoice with an estimated shipping date about a month away. This should have been a red flag as most reputable online companies never charge your card until an item is available to ship, but I had no experience with this company and gave them the benefit of the doubt. The shipping date came and went, and after another month passed I asked the company about the status of the order through their website. No reply. I will probably end up disputing this with my credit card company just to get some satisfaction, as I don't believe the product will ever be shipped. There is no way to communicate with this company and I am appalled that they continue to advertise so heavily online, dragging in new customers with their "deals" while not fixing their abundant current customer service issues.
