Ok, so i obtained my SORA licence in New Jersey and I was looking for employment online btw, be careful with "indeed.com", is where this job had there listing and I fell for it. They tell you to apply and send a resume, so I did. I get a call the next day and i spoke to a "Mr. Sampson" that said my NJ SORA license was no good in New York and I needed to get my license in NY and it would be only $100 and that they guarantee me a job since he said they were in desperate need of guards.

So i go in two days later as he asks me to and to bring $100, state i.D. And social security card. Now I usually do a research on every company I'm not familiar with, and I did but I found nothing since online they titled themselves "First Access Points" security. So, i assumed ok this place is legit since there are no bad reviews on them.

So i go to the facility located on 250 W. 40th St. NY, NY and there's a guard (with some sort of badge) in front signing people in and it's on the second floor and a door inside that still reads "First Access Security" so i'm convinced this place is legit. So they bring you in and you sit with a "representative" and "explains" everything to you. Saying ok it's this much to do this and if you take so and so classes your entitled for a free other class, meaning the more classes you take the more certified you are and the more money you make. (They gave me a list of all possible classes i could take from, security trainging to fire guard, to armed forces andanti-terrorism.) I am currently unemployed and so i was souped up that i would be working once training finished (3days), that I gave these people my last $499 in my bank account. I read the paperwork and sounded a little fishy but i paid no mind since it looked legit. The $499 was promised to give me a NY State Security Guard License, and Fire Guard Certification. During brake from class i took that same day i walked to him to talk and he told me "ok, i got you in for a job at the Marriott Courtyard on 38th" i believe it was, "starting at 16.25" that sounded good to me but i constantly asked me is this guaranteed he continually said, "yeaa, yeaa i got you!

Now I did notice him standing up and whispering to the other associates and i tried to snoop in but I couldn't. He started to confuse things up like for example telling me yeaa I need six more guys to work with you, and then later that repeating the same thing but this time saying "four" guys and that i should bring in anyone I know. I started to become more fishy. This place was not professional at all!

The worst part was the "instructor". He kind of babbled everything through. Now mind you i took a complete course in Jersey so i knew what to expect and i knew all the answers to questions he asked for a response. It had seemed like he took the course and was just summarizing it in class. Majority of the class he talked about his own experience, which i though was bogus, it had seemed like this guy has been through it all. He said he was a marine, police officer, security guard, oh boy he was everything. Now the guy must of weight 350 lbs., does this sound convincing. That's when it really struck me, especially when he gave us more then enough brakes and i conversed with two other fellow classmates that gave their opinion, as well as they were starting to realize the scam and we had all paid different prices. Two guys did their 8-hour law class and only one had recieved their "certification", that wasn't even legit. I couldn't scoop out exactly where he got my numbers from.

That was just one day, and i'm not going back. I'm afraid to ask for a refund, for they might try to harm me and sell my identity as well as steal it. I study criminal law and justice and i'm aware of a lot. But since i knew the cost of the certification would be costly and that i legit obtained my SORA in Jersey, i fell for their scam. Please help put these people to rest with their business. These people are taking advantage of the masses and the country's economic difficulty to "steal" money from innocent people, promising them nonexistent work!

(I have all paperwork they gave me.)
