I purchased a pair of earrings 7 months ago at the Monarch International Gift Store at the Buffalo Airport. Three of the stones fell out within one month. I went back in to the store with the earrings and my receipt. I requested an exchange or refund. I was told they could not do either but would send the earrings out for repair. I have contacted the store and the owner approximately 1-2 times per month and each time I have been told they have no information regarding the repairs and further I need to contact the owner. I have called the owner several times with no response.
