Fraud-stole my money

I placed an order on line for a pair of earrings and paid via cc. The merchant was with Ebay and Paypal-it was a pair of earrings. I never recived them and I tried to tell them this numerous times. They insisted they were sent by us mail and delivered. Not to me and I asked to to refund my money or send me a replacment pair that needed signature verification. He refused. I told him this was wrong and he insited that because the US post office showed dilivered, it was. I told him I never got them and I wanted my money refunded back asap or I will make a complaint agfainst his company. This is fraud. He was extremely rude and he had the nerve to ask me to buy another pair of earrings at half price after i never got the first pair. This owner took my money and I never got anything from them. I am disputing the charge with my bank and I will never buy anything from them again. Don't buy from them-they take your money and never send you the product.
