This company claims to back up data for computer users, but if you don't back up from the "C" drive, expect them to say "we don't have it" if you need to restore.

Even though 'backup was successful' messages showed up nightly, my entire personal life has been lost, family photos of my late husband and father in law, my aging mother... All gone.

I thought I was being smart backing up off site, less hardware to worry about... Its not what is promised... And they don't really care they've damaged me so much
