Mozy restore did not work as advertised and support unhelpful

When purchasing data back-up software obviously you hope you never have to use. Mozy seemed to work fine until I lost my hard drive and attempted to restore the data. The MOZY restore asked if you wanted data placed in original location. Apparently this does not work. The service rep acted as if this was to be expected and the data would be placed somewhere in a temp file for me to place it where it belonged! I'm sorry but this is not what MOZY advertises nor is reasonable expectation. The support person was able to say is "probably" would be somewhere on the C drive in ZIP format (maybe). Again this was not what MOZY promises in their documentation or their adds. Now I am left with a totally destroyed system with some of the data somewhere!!
