Holes In Their Product - Reception

I and a room mate have Verizon phone service and both of us can not get reception at our home address. We must be in a dead spot... in the middle of the city. Verizon first wanted to sell me a Network Extender, then at their cost. This problem is with THEIR product (cell phone coverage). They cheapened their phone's reception and who knows what they skimped on for their towers and now they want me to PAY to solve their problem. Try getting a job or try to run a business with dropped calls and calls that break up from one bar or less regards to reception.
