Studying the above mentioned response by Ramsond supports my bad viewpoint of the organization.

I Bought and had mounted (the retailersis boy mounted it) a Ramsond 18,000 BTU mini-divided A/D-Heatpump this past year. Within 14 days the system wouldn't awesome, so-called the neighborhood seller, he supplied no assistance except to provide me a telephone # and state "contact the organization". I named and all-they supplied was specialized guidance of issues, that I had been currently conscious of (I'm a good technician and certainly will restore my A/D easily possess the refrigerant). I eventually named an A/D technician who found the refrigerant lines weren't tightened and also the program bled along. He tightened the outlines and filled the system which fixed the issue (price was $175). Recently (temperature outdoors was 105 levels in central Tx) I came across the plastic (ok, composite substance) condenser fan (outside device) had self-destructed and put fan edge components into the condenser coil leading to harm to the cooling fins (unsure when the copper refrigerant lines were pierced). Additionally, the fan engine group was cracked free in 3 locations, unsure exactly what the real cause - lover shredded first or even the engine group smashed and allow the lover struck the property, and never guaranteed when the fan engine is burned up (there's lots of plastic in the lover transferred about the housing showing lots of rotating edge contact before it eventually ceased. A phone towards the seller again led to being provided the telephone number for that organization. I named the organization, but since it was 3pm on Friday, they'll not be accessible until Wednesday.

To sum up, an extremely bad device WITH NO ASSISTANCE in the seller or organization.
