A&E Factory Service
Service nightmare

Our Maytag machine went, and so I visited the Maytag site and routine something Having A&E. Mon from 1pm to 5pm. I became popular from work and waited. I'd to contact at4:35pm to discover where the serviceman was I had been informed he was on his approach. I subsequently named 30min later at 5pm and was informed that I had been the following end. The serviceman didn't appear until 6:10pm. I really could have remained at the office and never shed a times spend. I desire A&E might have named me and I would like to understand what was happening I'd to contact them. Along With A&E didn't advise me of the service-fee I'd no idea. I don't mind spending money on something charge but after coping with such poor support I'd have preferred a discount.
