CBSY International Stole my money

I ordered shuttlecocks and paid them through Paypal. They sent me an email notification saying that my order in on the way and included the UPS tracking number. After more than a week waiting, I checked that tracking # but only lable was created but UPS never received the package.

I emailed them twice asking about my order but they never response. I was also using Paypal dispute sending them email but they did response either. Finally, I filed complaint with Paypal and I am still waiting what will happen.

I hope this will never happaned to anybody. Thank you for reading
