Pic Pro Lab, Pic Pro Lab Inc Terrible Customer Service

I ordered 7 8x10s on Saturday morning at 8 AM. The prints needed to be there by Wednesday. San Bernardino's PIC Imaging is open on Saturday. Saturday and Monday came and went, I called at 4:00 PM on Monday to see if the prints were indeed being sent. The girl on the phone looked up my order and said that the prints will be delivered today. She quoted me $17 and change, including prints and shipping.

Then she told me that there was a $1 transaction fee, but didn't say what it was for. She eventually agreed to waive the fee. And then she quoted me $27 for prints and shipping. At this point I needed 2-day shipping to make sure they would get there on time, so I had no choice but to accept.

Any good lab would have called me on Saturday, within an hour of opening, to confirm the order and the shipping amount. PIC didn't call me at all - I had to call them on the third day of the order. This is completely ridiculous. I strongly recommend you take your business to any of the other numerous Los Angeles area labs.
