I placed an order with Tinytux on Wed night (2/4). I selected 2nd day air due to my need of the order. After I made the order, I did not get the usual confirmation email like any other email. They were closed, so I called Thursday morning to confirm the order. When I called, I spoke with Greg. I told him how I didn't get an confirmation email. I also told him I will need the shipment latest by Saturday because I will need to attend the party on Monday morning, He took a look at my order and said I should get it definitely by Monday. I ask him whether I need to upgrade my shipping to get the package to arrive by Saturday. I did inform him I will prefer no extra cost. He told me I will not need to upgrade, no extra cost, and I will still get it by Saturday because he will process it now.

When I called today because when i track my package on their website I see 2 different tracking numbers from two different shipping company. I do not want to stay home for two different companies to come, so I called them. The lady which I forgot her name has told me to just ignore USPS one and just track the fedex. Fedex did not upgrade with any detail of the packages until 5pm before (since I last checked.) I saw how the estimated delivery date will be Monday the 9th. I called Tinytux ASAP. The lady told me because I did not select express, so it will come on Monday and nothing she could do about it. I told her I spoke with Greg on Thursday morning and he said I don't need to upgrade and still get it by Saturday. She sounded irritated, so I asked to talk to Greg. He remembered me, and he said he may have misunderstood me when i said I do not prefer to put in any more money on shipping. But I told him, I really need it by Saturday because I will need it early Monday, he insists no charge and will still arrived on Saturday. He just tell me to call Fedex tomorrow to talk to them myself. I really didn't appreciate how he misunderstand and do not care. Toward the end of the conversion, I told him I was upset how I made sure by calling Thurs morning to confirm my package to arrive by Saturday, and he said yes to it, which now is not happening. I also suggest to him to be distinctive on the shipping pages to state after a certain hours of placement of the order, it will consider as next day order. He just hanged up on me. Bad customer services.
