If you are thinking of dealing with these people, don't. You will not get what you are entitled. They will invent all sorts of ways to take a majority of the profits and leave you with very little. They are snakes. I have been associated with 3 other people that have delt with Houseescape and all are extremely angry. Their main source of business is equity skimming.
