BE careful when responding to an ad about sales, marketing, sports minded people... It may be a CydCor job. CydCor is not the worst company to work for. I actually enjoyed my time spent working there. I met a lot of people who even after my leaving, I still keep in contact with. The purpose of this report is to let you know about one of the so called managers who works for CydCor... Keith Baldwin. You will know him by his British accent, poor hygene and bad, oftentimes inappropriate, jokes. Keith is a snake in the grass. He will only have your interest if he feels that he can continue to make money from you via overrides that all managers get from the production of sales reps. As soon as he feels that you are no longer needed he will try to 'neg' you out so that when you leave you feel that you did something wrong. The cliche goes that you are only as strong as your weakest link, but it should be said that you are only as strong as your leader... Keith is the leader of his office and he does not do a good job in leading. He has people on his team who appear to be on his side, but nobody, i repeat, nobody enjoys keiths company outside of the office. The only reason people put up with his childish humor and poor leadership abilities is that he controls their future. It is up to the manager to promote out deals and give people interviews to build their crew. If the owner (Keith) does not like you or you do not kiss up to him, then you will not grow in the company. I believe that CydCor is a good company, it is a crap shoot where the odds are not in your favor, but if you get a good manager and can work hard, then you can make good money and possibly grow. But if you get someone like Keith Baldwin, the odds are that you will crash and burn like he has and contiunes to do... Ask him how many offices he has managed. I know at least 10 people who left the CydCor opportunity because they did not like Keith. They were top performers, but could not put up with Keith and eventually left. If you join CydCor, work hard, make money and avoid Keith Baldwin
