Charlene Diefel and Keith Schwabinger ripp off contractor for work done

I was hired by Charlene Diefel and Keith Schwabinger of Diamond Enterprises USA Inc. On 07/27 to clean out 2 house's that no one lived in. I met Charlene Diefel at 4121 2nd avenue s. St. Petersburg fl and agreed upon a price and i completed the work and sent her pictures. I also completed another house that i cleaned out and also sent her picture's, e-mail's, faxed her invoice's have called her and have her sending me emails to discuss payment. I have also contacted the department of labor and they told me it was a civil matter as i was doing research i found out that Charlene and Keith are into crimminal activity by the FBI and i also believe they had no intentions on paying me the money they owe me that is why i am filing a report here to see if someone can help me. I answered there add on craigslist because i have been laid off from my job and was looking for work that cost me money and time and i feel that these people should be ashamed of themselves for doing what they are doing
