Bad customer service

I bought the program named TubeHunter Extremely also it worked for some time. They delivered mean email after many months informing me to get rid of the outdated application and deploy the updated application plus they offered me a brand new registration code. I did so as directed and also the new signal wouldn't function. Today I've a course that'll not work on all and they'll not react or reply any emails requesting a brand new registration code. All I'd like is for that plan that I taken care of to function also it could be easy in order for them to deliver me a brand new registration code. For whatever reason, though their site neoretix.com claims they'll reply all emails often within 8 hours, they'll not reply mine.
