Money scam

I bought Ultimate Language in January, I tried it, it was okay. The program requires about 3 - five minutes to weight. I reported to support, no reaction from support. I reported about difficulties with application, however no reaction. I eventually purchased a brand new pc in April and instantly recall concerning the application and so I chose to deploy about the new device. Complain about key no longer working. Again I email assistance however no reaction. I currently waste the outdated computer and today I can not actually have it to focus on the brand new pc. Four times has handed, however no reaction. I'D LIKE MY CASH BACK.

By 7/24/09 I not just deliver email to aid, I also deliver email to revenue and helpdesk. I figure somebody must advance the issue and provide me a solution.
