After purchase registration code stops working and company doesn't reply to emails

Neoretix Laboratory sells an online product called TubeHunter Ultra. It's an application that can download video clips from video websites, like YouTube, to your hard drive. The application costs 30$ to purchase and the website promises a lifetime registration code, which will always work. However after uninstalling the program to reinstall it again (because it wasn't working properly), my 30$ registration code stopped working. I have sent several emails to Neoretix's 3 listed email addresses, but the company is not responding to my requests, eventhough their website also promises that all requests will be answered within 8 hours.
