Ripoff destroyed property

Superior moving & storage, (AKA superior moving & storage, inc. Superior moving, inc.) damaged and destroyed manp pieces of my furniture and belongings. This move occured in july.

Two months after a long and tedious ordeal filing a claim with them, supplying before and after photos, receipts and having witnesses - this company is attempting to wasel their way out of paying up on a rightfull insurance claim, they have denied the claim based on some technicality which is incorrect - i do not believe they intended to honor this claim from the beginning.

This contract was issued with an extra $1,000 paid by me for seperate insurance which i suspect thet do not have. They damaged my 'stuff' destroyed one very expensive item and now are basically telling me "tough luck" we are not paying, "what are you going to do"? Think about it; they caused me harm and don't care at all that this was my personal belongings, items that took a lot of hard work to find, spend my earnings to purchase. Items I really liked and now ruined due to their incompetance - and they do not care. If it was any of their belongings they certainly want their claim honored.

I guess the old saying 'what goes around - comes around' will eventually come back and bite them.

I am now forced to seek legal help which is another chore and expensive which I will ask the court to charge to the defendant. This is the first and last time I have requested the services of a moving company - never again. Especially with this particuliar company which I will not recommend to anyone.

Over a 2 month time frame 7 phone calls to them - none answered, 2 letters to antnony aglione the ceo - none answered. Three letters to the company - none answered, the only communication received from the is a rejection letter.
