Ripoff and credit report destroyers and can't pay for collection costs

I had my account with cingular wireless down in PA and moved in to New York with it when I went to switch my number they made me sign another contract just a one year, I was not happy. So I went to upgrade my phone and the rates and the taxes they were chargeing me was annoying. Well I ended up getting some bad service I tried calling about it, but it was down to the fact that I had to cancel. They sent me to collections with allied interstate and I found out that I have to pay 33% of the collection fees. Gee I guess they are a company with bad service and cannot afford to pay collection fees for recovering the debt.
