Credit Report Lists Delinquency for Wireless Account Never Used

I never used cingular wireless 2 years before or after the date of 1st delinquency 10.

I never received any delinquency notice from cingular wireless under my address for above described period. I live at my house for 6 years and never moved from 6 years until now. But while I tried to apply to satellite tv, I have found cba (collection bureau of america) report me to credit file. Cba ripoff a dishonest, fraudulent and inaccurate credit reporting. If they know my address, why didn't the cingular wireless send me a notice letter to my address and did cba report me a bad credit file under my address?

Please help me they do not cheat me.
