OGF on your bank statement! Don't answer or return calls, no option to cancel accounts

I signed up for a 7-day trial of One Great Family (OGF) then called to cancel it... They SAID it was cancelled. It is still being charged to my Debit Card. Now I can not contact them. Their Phone system is a loop... Sort of... It always goes to leave a voice message... Never a person. I have left more than 20 voice messages for them to call me.
On their website there is no Cancellation option, you have to login in to find it... But if you don't remember your login information you are SOL, because when you send the option for "Forgotten Passwords Logins etc" you get no answer. This company is definitely one big scam or they have the poorest customer service I have ever cone across.
