Optimun tv this cable is a rip off, don't order it

Esnan or which is now optimun tv is a rip off, it is constantly going out, and when you call in they always say, well we have an outage in your area, i have waited for hours for it to be back on, and when i ask for repairs, they say, well, it may be 1 to 2 weeks before we can get someone out there, and when someone does show up, they can't fix it, i have asked several times for an adjustment on my bill and they tell me NO, OR THEY WILL ONLY GIVE A VERY FEW DOLLAR ADJUSTMENT, trust me, i know direct tv has its problems, but i had it before and it has a lot less problems. Bresnan and which is now optimun tv is a complete rip-off
