My account was suspended

I had been a customer in good standing with EBIRDAUCTION until recently, and i was notified by the mother Company, INTERNET AUCTION, INC, that my account had been suspended because i had not provided a good telephone number, which was false i was a member prevouisly in good standing. So i contacted by e-mail trying to resolve and had asked for a Telephone number of the Company and they would not provide one. So i provided all the info they needed again, but not good enough now it is suspended because i have a YAHOO e-mail ACCOUNT. So i contacted back with no RESPONSE. So do we need these type of people doing business over the internet?
