Ripoff dishonest billing, not delivering all belongings

My name is sophia i moved with my two children from brockton massachusetts to tampa florida. I contacted national movers for there moving experience and was quoted a price of$1800.00 which i thought was great i spoke to jeff at national at phone#1800-722-9775 ext 2221 i was told by him that there will not be any additional charges because everything was included with the delivery included packaging and shipping and cost at the weigh station along with gas.

I was also assured by jeff that the cost he quoted was the worst case senioro and the cost may be lowere but never higher. When the movers came i was given a lot of papers to sign before they even begun to pack and was also told if i did not sign the papers they will not move my things by then i was trap because it was too late to hire another company because i was on a dead line to get to florida because of my work. When they were finish there was a extra cost for pacgaging of my tv's and all big appliace i could not do myself after i was told that the cost quoted that was all included they charged me another $881.00 for packaging.

Then when i arried in florida i was told my things will be there in five days i did not received my things until two weeks later then was quoted another price by some name rosemarie for another $3500.00 before my belongings can be delivered. I did not have that money i had to borrow it or else they will not deliver then they wanted western union to them before they would deliver.
Finally two weeks after my arrival for furniture came with losts of things missing including my daughter money jar that she saved at least $300 to $400 along with clothes and other things in boxes.

When they arrived to deliver my furniture i was told ti would cost me anothet $250.00 for bringing my things up the stairs which i payed everything because at this time i am very fraustrated and want them out of my life but i would love to sue them for $5000.00 or more for all they put me through and my money they stole. And all the clothes i had to buy because i did received by belongings when they say they would.
