Want a refund for item not needed

I bought a product Driver Investigator for the issue that horsepower explained I required for restoration. A pc company. Delivered a repair guy towards the home and he explained this product wasn't required and he created the fix, I've named with no one calls me back, after attempting and making communications, I'm looking to get an answer from you. All I'd like is just a credit in my experience for a product which was unnecessary. $29.95 was charged to my card and that I named the financial institution immediately plus they informed me since no body may return my calls to test e mailing you andto allow them kn ow whenever you will soon be providing me a credit of course if anyone-even attempts to assist me.
