Charges for a returned machine

I delivered my previous charge card device in- May. I got notice on Aprl 16 I had been being billed by First Data Worldwide Rental twice per month five times aside for that rent. I named them-and they explained I'd two rents together since I didn't return the charge card device. I did so return it but used to do not need a following range for this plus they explained easily didn't possess the following number they'd not credit my bill. They've been getting me $54.86 since SEPTEMBER til present. They explained they'd shut the rent for $20.41 that they charged my consideration on April 20. The financial institution explained they'd the charge card device plus they offered me the day they obtained it and also the sequential number towards the device I named First Information with this specific info plus they nevertheless explained with no following number they'd not credit my bill. I named my lender plus they stated it's not within their fingers to complete something about that issue. WHAT'S HAPPENING HERE!!!
