Signed up for the trial service on 3/5. I was not happy with its service, so the same day I called to cancel. I spoke with Peanne. It was supposed to be cancelled. I just started looking at my statements back in July and I'm still be charged $18.95/month for their service. I cannot even get onto their website to cancel. My credit card company cannot block the charges because it's being manually inputted not recurring. They are going to credit my account, thus leaving credit available for Record ltd to charge once again this month.
