Home Phone Wireless Misleading sales tactics. Selling servcies that do not work-no refund possible

I was induced to subscribe to home phone service via verizon Wireless... Sales manager said in his "pitch" I had 30 days to test. Not true as contract stipulates 14 days. Now I am committed to a service agreement for 2 years. A service tyhat is unusable from my residential location in this area. It does not function... Blocks calls and only randomly allows placing calls... Verizon tech support says it's not their fault. That I have a weak signal area and it's all my fault for not recognizing that.

All prospective customers should be aware that verizon wireless services are sold via it's retailers like a used car. May God damn them all.
