To date I have not received a refund

I requested 4 of the "Sneakers Under" boot storage instances on the basis of the Television advertisements. They DISPLAY a "durable" situation in a position to slip quickly backwards and forwards underneath the mattress keeping 12 sets of sneakers in position. What I obtained was $43.97 of ineffective lightweight material. What they display on Television has firm dividers along with a durable base. What I obtained has substance dividers and base AND CERTAINLY WILL NOT and DOESN'T slip actually on wood floors not to mention rug. After I named I spoke with a one that I really couldnot realize perfectly and he was of NO support. I required a return agreement and he explained my reimbursement could be about $20.00 (they allow you to get with delivery costs about the "free" types) but when I maintain them he'd return my creditcard $10.00. Up to now I've not obtained a reimbursement so when called back I had been informed it had been too late to come back them.
