Poor customer service

Be advised. Do not store at Brookstone. Their one month return policy allow it to be practically impossible to come back any Holiday presents requested. Then should you buy online, they anticipate one to spend the delivery to return it back. The brokers are RUDE and WOn't allow you to advance or create any conditions. I invested countless bucks plus they did not care to hear or maintain my company.
