Ripoff They could care less Littleton Colorado

Let me just start with the installer, the day he came out was feb. 21 2004. MY husband was home I at work. He informs my husband that he is going to need 4 three prong adaptors to do the install.

My husband informs him that had he told this he would have made sure they were here, however our 7 year old daughter was at home as well. So my husband (John) tells him well I can hve someone bring them to me. The installer say "well I have alot of calls today so I need to know because if you don't have them I cant't do the install." John calls me at work and tells me to bring them home when I come. I get home and he is just about finished. He tells me to watch ch. 101 to learn how to work the remote, its on 24hrs. Not to mention he did not program any of the 4 remotes, there was no picture on any of the 4 t.V. S So I try to get ch. 171 in my daughters room but got nothing. So I asked him to help me before he left.

He comes into my daughters room, pushes a few buttons then goes into our room pushes a few more buttons and then John hears him say "I don't know why she had to f* with anything." At which time my huband say excuse me! He then says I just don't know what she pushed. He replies O-H is there a button on the remote your not to push? As if so I should know. He then reaches down and un-plugs everything & plugs it back in to "reset" the system.informs us that it will take about 45mins.

To come up but then we will be "GOOD TO GO" & then leaves. We called dish network and they sent someone else back out to finish the install. Even after they come back out we still did not have all the chanles we were to get. After countless calls and numerous hours spent on the phone today is April 10th and still do not have the must carry dish so we can get all we pay for. I wish I would Have never gotten myself into this mess.
