FINGERHUT/AXSYS NATIONAL BANK ripoff, bad credit reporting

I ordered a computer in 1997 and it wasent working and i sent it back they still charged me and said they would send me another one never received one, they put it on my credit report as closed with a balance of $1986.00 i dont owe the amount or anything, i write and call with no response fingerhut likes to
rip people off.
