With respect to R&J Concepts, whatever you do, do not deal with this company, their practices of dealing with companies is very poor and they do not provide any guarantees on their products. I used them and the product I received was of such poor quality and they were not interested in dealing with me, just taking my money. Brian O'Neill does not return phone calls he does not care about his customers and he continues to make excuses and lies about things. It is embarrassing that I was even used them in the first place. Do your self a favour do not use r&j concepts.

peter north from r&j concepts inc. Called this morning from their toll free number 1-888-710-8897, and would not tell receptionist what it was regarding. Just wanted to talk to the owner. Our receptionist would not let him through till he told her told what it was regarding. He finally told her it had to do with promotional stuff, Mel hung up on him.

He called back a minute or so later and say hey RECEPTIONIST, its Peter North calling you back, I just wanted to pick the sand out of your Vagina and then hung up.

This is unprofessional and rude behavior. I tried to contact Mr. North to discuss his unprofessional behavior and called back the toll free number and was told he was not in. (which you know is bu*hit)

ANY hopes this company had of selling products to ours, were washed out when this unprofessional douche called and spoke to my staff in this manner.

Norm if you want feed back well here it is - when your associates call and ask for the "big guy" then I ask "what would this be about" your assiciate states "it is about a job we are doing" — I ask "Dan, can I have your number and I will have someone call you back" - I get hung up on...

R&J concepts has constantly harrassed me and my company since i unfortunately purchased something from them back some time ago. They have got to be the most arrogant telemarketing firm that has called my company in 17 years. If you want to be abused, aggitated, harrassed and treated like dirt you need to purchase something from them only once. I'd strongly suggest being as blunt as possible in saying no to these guys and thier supervisor FRANK.

Well I can tell you that he stopped calling me... But he decided to sue me for some s*t that I don't even know about!
Be careful!!! The moment he gets your info he will add stuff and shove extra to your order... Merchandise you did not order!
