Horrible customer service

On Saturday morning I looked up uhaulis which were exposed to move products from Georgetown to Mt Pleasant. Went to Daniels Area to discover you-can't have a truck over 50 miles until it's one of the ways, even though site didn't plainly state this (I had been heading 60 miles). Named the Uhaul in Georgetown, gas-station clerk mentioned she did not understand when they actually had trailers because she might just observe vans in the screen. She was excessively rude and states the individual managing the uhauls wouldn't be back for some hours. Then I went to Downtown CHarleston, Master road after calling to ensure they'd a truck and reached 4:57. They mentioned they shut at 5 and wouldn't support us. After 3 efforts and 2 hours we weren't ready to obtain a truck. I'll not be utilizing uhaul again and recommend others to locate elsewhere due to their shifting requirements.
