I hired Wayne Wright due to an automobile accident. On their website they clearly state they will contact you every 30 days to update you, I have had my case with them for 7 months now and I do not even know who my attorney is as I have never spoken with one. They do not return your phone calls that business day as stated on their website nor do they help you with rental car or anything pertaining to the automobile. I was told to talk to the Ins. Company myself about my car. I have quite more to speak of but at this time I am not able to, I will definitely come back when I can to post the remaining issues. I would not reccomend this firm by any means if you are hoping for any loyalty or respect. I have never been so disrespected as I have with this firm!
