Binder & Binder Not Licensed To Practice Law In Texas
BINDER AND BINDER DISABILITY ADVOCATES REVIEW, America's Most Successful Social Security Disability Advocates Intake Person Was Very RUDE to Me — Aren't licensed to Practice in Texaws, Anyway

Shops, Products, Services

You can' t turn on daytime, network TV without seeing their ad for SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY ADVOCACY.

Their law firm seems HUGE, unstoppable— and powerful enough to stop the greedy, evil government benefit deniers in their tracks!

I was having a nightmare with Social Security Administration anyway. I filed two appeals after being denied for NO reason that made sense to me since I had full medical documentation from a licensed medical doctor who was a specialist in my injury! He had all kinds of credentials and he called in a colleague in the same medical speciality with even more experience to review my case and make sure I was disabled.

I had to go to my Congressman to get the Social Security people to reopen my case. Seems like the two appeals I filed online like they told me to got "LOST' somewhere in cyberspace. Like h*ll, they did.

I called Binder and Binder out of curiousity and the intake woman was very RUDE to me. "This is a million dollar law firm and we do not handle small potatoes!" and SLAMMED the phone down. I was watching their commercial on TV as I was calling.

Things are getting bad. My deceased cousin's lease is expiring and I have NO job, NO employment prospects due to my disability and NO money for food, rent or utilities.

I HAD to file for Food Stamps or SNAP. They talk to you like you are a criminal or a piece of trash. Good thing this is an election year so I can report that interviewer to the Governor's office and she will find out what it is like to be unemployed with me. They are looking to slash jobs due to the budget shortfall anyway...

Then, I went to the Worksource Center so I could feel bad about applying for jobs online that I was not going to get an interview face to face for anyway. After 800 applications inn four months, you begin to get the idea.

I was told that there are 15 -30 applicants per every Paralegal job in Austin and it is so bad the newly graduated attorneys who have passed their bar dexams and have their cards are having to take those jobs like the ones I should havbe had. Oh, well.

The scumbag call taker in New York or wherever it was she was from was very vivid on my mind along with the exercise in online job seeking futility when I saw a friend who had been trying to get her SSDI.

She referred me to the name of her attorney. I think she got SSDI and Medicaid. She was getting $1,025 a month. I think she had to pay the attorney 25 percent of what Social Security should have paid her for a year but when you don't have anything to start with, I don't mind.

I like dealing with people face to face so I can see who and what is going on.

I was telling the lawyer there that I appreciated their courtesy and patience and how much nicer they were than the woman from Binder and Binder.

That is when i learned that binder and binder are not licensed to practice law in texas which may prove to be a problem when you are dealing with the state of texas disabilities and rehabilitation services commission (dars) that certifies people for social security disabilities and you don't know how the certification system works.

I guess they were farming it out to somebody who is certified to practice law in Texas and when they put it up for bid, some low bidding hack or recent law school grad got the contract and what do THEY know? I AM NOT SAYING THAT IS HOW IT HAPPENED. Just that was how the way it seemed to work when I used the out of state law firm of Wayne Wright to represent me in a personal injury case. I got stuck with a "winner" who was a marginal attorney and he was licensed to practice in Texas. Wayne Wright is apparently licensed to practice law in Arizona only and I never saw him so I cannot speak about him. I can say the hustler who was taking cases for him in Texas has since moved along, taking the client list along with him...
Wayne Wright advertises a lot on daytime TV too. He handles disability claims to but I WANT A TEXAS LAWYER.

I want a local attorney where i can go in the office and see them and leave them updates, as new information develops. I want to let them know if anything changes that could affect my ssi money.

I did go to the Binder and Binder webs site and it is a law office with Harry Binder and his brother, Charles Binder. Two nice guys but I didn't get to talk to them and I doubt I ever would. They do make a nice website and and informative one.

I wish them success!

But i also want a texas lawyer to handle my case.
