300.00 eBay Sale Check Lacked My Name, Still Unpaid

I sold an item on eBay. First, PayPal put a 21-day hold on it for no reason. Then I asked for a check for my 300.00. They sent me a check with my screen name on it. Nowhere does it have my name, so I cannot cash it. I called them, and they said to throw that check away and they would send me another. Three weeks went by, then four weeks. Finally I called them, and they said they show that I cashed the second check and it is a done deal. They never even sent the second check.

I finally insisted that a supervisor call me back. He finally did. All he could say was that it would take 10 to 14 business days until they could cancel the second check they never sent, put the money back in my account, and write me another check. It has been 45 days and still no money. They have totally burned me for 300.00.
