Unfair return policy - Return policy

Recently purchased a portable hard drive. SPECIFICALLY informed sales rep it was for my Mac. When he brought me the device I asked again if it would work with my Mac. HE said absolutely no problem. When I returned home to the state where I live I discovered (after contacting the manufacturer) that it will NOT work with my Mac. Gregg will not accept a return by mail. So I am stuck. It was their misinformed salesman who made the error. It would have been more above board if I was informed of their return policy when he asked me for my out of state address. Beware of making purchases from this store if you live out of state.
